compaq evo. i fixed the problem. new question , having a problem downloading adobe flash player. did everything what the system tell me to do and still no luck.

Does your problem is Installing or Downloading adobe flash player?

In what step exactly the procedure fails?

Sometimes depending on your browser version, pop-up blockers are the problem.
