    <description>What version of Windows are you using?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;what do you mean by locality, is CMD is on C:Drive?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To execute a command window, you use START &amp;gt; run, then enter "cmd" in the box.  That will open another window where you can follow Jon's suggestion.</description>

      <description>every time i change my screen saver it does not save it, when i shut down. any suggestion?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PS&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when i turn my system on it goes back to black screen.</description>

      <description>It may be set as a local policy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Open a CMD windows, and type in: gpedit.msc&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will allow you to check your local security policies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or.. same CMD window, and enter rsop.msc&lt;BR /&gt;to check for domain level policies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Semper Fi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jon</description>
