      <description>Hi all, sorry for my bad english.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've a serious problem with my graphics card, I try to update the bios of vga, but it don't work, and show me this error message: "Your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this update. Update has been cancelled. (9996)"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;:( please help me, how I solve this problem? I use Microsoft Windows Vista x64, and I've executed the program with administrator's privileges!</description>

      <description>Have you tried taking the card out, and then reseating it in the PCI slot.</description>
