    <description>i just downloaded and installed the bios update for my dv5000 from hp support site, now the computer wont shut down an the screen is all black . i've disconnected the power, and unplugged the battery, but when i plug back either the battery or the Power i got blue lights of the dvd, refresh, and volume buttons lighting up. i hold the on/off button for many seconds it doesnt turn off. what should i do now?</description>
