    <description>This usually means that you are plugging a USB 2.0 device into a USB 1.0 or 1.1 port.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're plugging directly into a USB port on your system, depending on the age of your system, the USB ports will be the older version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only thing you can do is add in a card to supply the USB 2.0 ports, or if you're ready for a hardware upgrade, replace the motherboard.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One side note:  If you are using an external USB hub to provide additional external USB ports, it could be the trouble point.  If that's the issue, purchase a new external USB hub.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jon</description>

      <description>Help: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i'm having problem with memory stick it reads {a hi speed usb device is plugged into a non hi speed usb hub} i did everything that i have to do but to no avail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help a marine.</description>
