SpoolerSpoolss EventID 1038 in application event log

Hello all. I cant for the life of me figure out what is causing this warning to constantly show up in the Application Log of our terminal servers.

Setup: We have 8 64-bit 2008 Terminal Servers using session broker via gpo. We have 3 64-bit 2003 Print Servers that host all printers for the company. Printers are selectively assigned by AD OU via a login script in gpo.

Since we have implemented this setup, there is an error that keeps populating in the application event log of the terminal servers.

I followed the instructions provided [url=http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=109447626+1243868584297+28353475&threadId=1259636]here[/url] but it still shows. We dont have any gpo's to remove printers but we do to add printers. Any thoughts?
