Pls refrain from writing in UPPER CASE only.&lt;BR /&gt;a) It's very hard to decipher;&lt;BR /&gt;n) in the world of e-commuiniations it means SHOUTING.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I HAVE GONE INTO ACCESSORIES AND MADE SURE MUTE WASNT ON AND VOLUME WAS ALL THE WAY UP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I HAVE TURNED THE VOLUME ALL THE WAY UP ON THE RIGHT SIDE BUTTON.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
