I just got a new HP Pavillion dv6, it works great except it really takes up processing power to display the volume when I'm changing it. How do I change the setting so it doesn't display the volume slider on the screen?<BR />Thanks!

I figured it out, went to "RUN" then typed "msconfig" went to the startup tab, and unselected "HP MediaSmart Smart Menu" and restarted. Now the dumb volume icon doesn't show up anymore when I change or mute the volume
