iam having windows two nas server box and its havingcluster

I want to move my both servers on another network.
So pls guide me how can i change IP address of both nas box servers

share the procedure and document

Every situation involving a Windows cluster is a bit different. However, from my experience, the following generally works for me:

1) take a backup of the entire thing, in case the whole thing goes blooey.
2) change the IP scheme on the Active node in the network control panel
3) change the IP scheme on the Passive node in the network control panel
4) change the cluster IP scheme in the Cluster Management MMC.

pls explain how to change ip and also confirm need to chane cluster name
