    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also make shore the FOM is installed on local drives (exi/hyper-v) and not on the storevirtual luns of the VSAs,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just saying as it is not clear from the screenshot or description.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As giladzzz said, check quorum communication, there shuldn't be any messages about quorum communication lost, or manager down from any node or FOM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Expert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;use HPE_StoreVirtual_VSA_2014_for_vSphere_OVF_TA688-10542 to deploy storage systme&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;two HPE physical servr DL360 with 4TB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Infrastructure as screenshot below. If One host power off(one VSA hosted)&amp;nbsp; , all data in LUNA is no longer availabe to access.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your configuration looks good check quorum settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you should have 3 managers running when all is up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not access do disks is blocked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
