Hi no assistance just wanted to know when is the next major update for VSA will be released ie 12.8 ? Spoke to HPE VSA support team member & he said by end of this Month or early Oct ? Do you have any news on this ? Also the changes in the new release ?

My VSA & P4300 G2 are all running fine & are on latest OS

Just a general enquiry

SAN/iQ 12.8 is not released yet and as of now there is no ETA.

Thanks for the info. It's a shame SAN I/Q VSA etc.. are rock solid products HPE underestimated the power of this i think

(HPE are killing VSA anyway so no regular updates & I'm not surprised)

@regi_p I understand. VSA is one of the best products we have.

SAN/iQ 12.8 was supposed to be released by now but for some reason its postponed.

Might get an update on the release date in few days.

But for support VSA on vSphere 6.7 Update 3 we must wait the major release 12.8 or at this moment versione 12.7 is supported?

Because I have a problem with PSOD on dl380 Gen10 and the bug was resolved with Update 3.

I couldn't find any docs that specify the support for esxi 6.7U3 , only 6.7U2 so far , so I wonder if anyone has different info

12.8 RN does not add any support information regarding ESXI 6.7U3 .

SPOCK still mention only 6.7U2

Can anyone point me to updated docs , if any ?

Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) Version 2019.12.0

And the very latest vSphere ESXi 6.7 Build with latest VSA & all are good

Hi now HPE have released the custom ISO with all the patches, drives etc... for VMW 7.0

Hi FYI

I have done the upgrade of all my VSA hosts to latest HPE VMW 7.0 & all are working without any issue

Remember this is an upgrade of latest VSA hosts from VMW 6.7 to 7.0 HPE custom image

It's a shame HPE is killing VSA & someone should buy VSA/SAN/IQ from HPE LOL - It's a rock solid product

The latest HPE SPOCK does not mention about the ESXi 7.0 yet.

I do understand. HPE StoreVirtual VSA is one of the best products.
