Hi,

I have a StoreVirtual 3200, both controllers failed after a shutdown, the equipment has no warranty or support, the storage is not critical only for laboratory use, you can help me with some procedure to restore the image of the controllers...

Please refer to the store virtual 3200 user guide (Pages 119-125) which has instructions on reimaging:

Store virtual management console user guide:

You would most probably need to log a support case for advanced troubleshooting/assistance if there are any challenges during the configuration.

Please note that if the controller or CF card hardware has failed remiaging would not help.

Sorry for the delay...

The sv3200 I have on hold for spare, I have a failure in one of the controllers: a cache failure.

The spare part is on the way... once I arrive I will continue the operation.

At least I already have an updated controller...
