VSA Error Message - Storage System has not yet fully initialized

VSA Cluster suffered power issues last night and both nodes restarted - after a reboot the VSA virtual servers display the error message when attempting to login:-

"Cannot log in to the console because thestorage system has not yet fully initialized. Wait a minute and try again"

Waited for 2 hours and still no joy.

Performed a full power drain etc and still units will not present storage, can ping on network and SSH but storage will not present.

Anyone any ideas?

There might be an issue with the storage system.

Make sure all the vdisks assigned to the VSA are fine and there are no hardware errors.

This might need in-depth troubleshooting to check for storage and other errors from the backend, which is out of scope. I would like you to open a support ticket once you have confirmed that the storage and VDisks are fine.
