HPE VSA NOT FOUND

Hello,

All my datastore don,'t work. My ESK don't see the storage.

I have two ESXi, and I have two VSA, but i can only reach one VSA with the CMC console.

I can ping the VSA and use telnet on it.

I try : restart VSA, restart HOST, but it doesn't work.

I would like to use the command utility but i don't have enough credentials.

Do you have any idea ?

I tried to restart again my VSA, not a good idea...

I have this on my 2 VSA: "Cannot log in to the console because the storgae system has not yet fully initialized"

There seems to be an issue with the Storage System and we need to log into the backend to verify.

For this we need to temporary key which can be generated only by support team.

Hence request you to raise a ticket with the Support Team.
