Dear Expert..

I've HP StorageWorks P4300 G2 7.2TB SAS Starter SAN (BK716A), consist 2 Node of P4300.

One node always goes shutdown suddenly, When powering up the system, approximately 5 minutes later the system goes shutdwon suddenly. There is no any led error on led indicator in front of the system..

The other node is running well. I've already used CD Quick restore for reimaging SAN I/Q and successfull but it doesn't solve the problem.

I've also tried plug-unplug fans, power supplies & swap its with good one from the other node but still it's doesn't solve the problem..

Need ur help..

Regards,
Piyadassi

Maybe it is a problem similar to this:

c01959960 - ADVISORY: HP LeftHand P4000 power ambient temperature thresholds are incorrect after upgrading an HP LeftHand P4500 or P4300 to BIOS version 2009.08.04 (A)

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c01959960

Does the alert log show any indication of thresholds for anything that are out of spec?

You may want to setup monitoring from the CMC and collect performance and health stats to see if you see any odd numbers prior to the reboot.
