      <description>Hey, do you necessarily have to have /23 subnet configured on this device? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why not just set it to /16 or something else - I believe network-wise it will work - but maybe you want to have it in case of security?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see this error on occasion as well using the VSA and CMC version 9.5. I always assumed the cause was my default gateway not being reachable on the SAN (layer 2 only), but was never positive this was the cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;that is odd and it "should" work.&amp;nbsp; I would contact support over this one.&amp;nbsp; Must be some sort of bug w/ the fact that you are using a pubilc IP range... or, if you don't actually own those IP addresses (aka you aren't w/ the NIH) there might be something else going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;personally I don't like the idea of a SAN using real public IPs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
