      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have gone and forgotten our username and password for our HP P4300 G2 SAN, this is not in production yet but would like to know if there is a procedure that can be run to reset the username and password to access the SAN? Or will a re-install be the only way forward?</description>

      <description>in the console, after you type start you will see a box that says "Login"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DON'T press Enter.  Instead hold the shift key and type the letters LHN&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will give you a "reset password" option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe the default password it resets to is login: admin&lt;BR /&gt;password: admin</description>

      <description>Craig, that option has been removed from SANiQ version 9.0&lt;BR /&gt;As having that option was a Security risk (allowing one to reset the password for all Nodes in the Cluster).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please contact support, to have it reset at the back-end.</description>
