P4300 System memory too small?

Hi,

I just configure 2 P4300 node with 2 nic, switch. I can ping all the IP I configure.

I install the CMC and I found both node. I try to configure my Management Group and I become the message:

Storage system XXXXXXXX (IP) did not join the management group XXXXXXX.

System memory too small. Either memory has been removed or has failed

I try to make a Management Group with only one node and I have the same message. I try the same with the other node and I have always this message.

Both node have 4Gb RAM, and... I don't know waht to do now.

Any idea? Thanks

Either memory has been removed or has failed.

Thanks for your answer, it's already made ;)

I'm waiting on the answer, but I don't think that the memory was failed or removed... Both node made this error, or both memory are remove or failed

I will post the result of the case by HP

What was the result? I'm also having this error. I have 4GB but added a 10GB NIC so not sure if I need to add more.
