    <description>We just ran into this same issue.  For us it was network related.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both SANS have to have two-way communication to each other in order for remote snapshot to happen.  We changed the end-point of our remote tunnel and even though the primary could ping to the remote, the remote could no longer ping back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once we reestablished the right route, everything came back.</description>

      <description>When I am trying to set up a remote snapshot I get an error stating "Primary No Global".  Anyone have any ideas what this cryptic error means?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Hi James,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Were you able to resolve this issue??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a situation where the customer has done  NAT-ting on the remote site, and we have to use the NAT-ted IP to add the storage nodes into the CMC. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is it possible for Remote Copy to work in a NAT environment?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there any solution on this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can the HP Storevirtual 4530 operate in NAT environment by using the NAT mode ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;becuase I test on DMZ zone , NAT mode and also allow the ports still failed&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had configure the firewall&amp;nbsp;but not working &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enclose with my screenshot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
