Is there manual/guide for installing CMC to Linux/HPUX?
Or is anyone done this?

Since no one replied to this I figured out my self.

Here how I did it with Ubuntu:

-Copied whole Linux folder from SAN iQ Management DVD to /tmp

-Run rights to CMC_Installer.bin (/Linux/Disk1/InstData/VM/)
#chmod +x CMC_Installer.bin

(-#sudo su)

-Executed .bin
#./CMC_Installer.bin

-next -> next ...

i have rhel 6.6 an i did this proces but send issue with java

./CMC_11.5.00.0664.0_Installer_Linux.bin: /tmp/install.dir.6017/Linux/resource/jre/bin/java: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory
./CMC_11.5.00.0664.0_Installer_Linux.bin: line 3319: /tmp/install.dir.6017/Linux/resource/jre/bin/java: Success

i have 64 linux plataform
