Hello,

Does the HP VSA trial license limit the size of the vsa to 1tb or can I grow the trial as big as I want?

Not sure what it is NOW, but it used to be 10TB which was the only sized license abailable. Now I could see it being 40TB since that is the new largest size. The trial is good for 60 days and its 100% functional so if you like what you see there nothing will change if you get a license key other than you stop getting the warning that you are on a trial.

Hi,

The trial is still 60 days...

Today there are 4 licenses available: 4, 10 and 50TB.

The fourth one is a 1TB license which comes with a Proliant Gen8 server (8 models if I remember well) for free.

The limitations with the 1TB and 4TB license is that it can have max 3 nodes in a cluster and there is no Adaptive Optimization. The 10 and 50TB licenses do not have these limitations...
