      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One of my VSAs is causing this error and I can not remove from Management Group.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It says starting/stopping manager.&amp;nbsp; Any CLIQ commands to force it out?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cheerzzz&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
