topic P4300 software upgrade in StoreVirtual Storage

Can the P4300's be upgraded to newer OS? I have the NSM2060G2 that have the 4 GB memory upgrade but can't seem to figure out how to update them even using the 12.5 disk. They are not being used so I can do the upgrade using any method.

Thanks
