This is evendenced across all servers in the cluster.<BR /><BR />As a workaround I have added -9 to the kill command line in the stopproc function in ./etc/init.d/hphealth which kills the pid.<BR /><BR />I really don't have time to do much more and if the process is hung it should be handled better than it is.
