Hello,

I have a big installation problem with new BL460c G7 on a client site.
I am unable to install ESXi. It stops very early with "Unable to load module /usr/lib/vmware/vmkmod/vmfs3 ..."

It seems to be a problem with the NICs or the Smart not recognized. Do you have an idea ?

Ok I am running into this same issue and have tried the ESXi File from the blog site. Can you describe what you did to get it to work!?

hello,
use hp vmware image from https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=HPVM06 .

it includes all needed drivers for flex network etc.

it wokrs smoothly, tested on couple bl465cG7's

That is the installation media I've been trying to use but the installation is not successful. I'm using 4.1_Dec_2010_ESXi_HD_USB_SD_Image_Installer_583772_009.iso, and am trying to install by mouniting that iso to the Blade over ILO3. How did you preform the installation?

I have the same issue that the install fails after 3% or so. Did a resolution for this issue get resolved?
