Can I install Windows 2008 r2 as a guest under vmware esxi 4.1 to run insight manager 6.2? Or does it support only 32-bit Windows operating systems?

Hello, running Insgight manager under ESXi 4.1 is no issue... just check if winR2 is supported with IM6.2

Windows 2008 R2 is a supported OS for the CMS.

IM6.2 is supported in a VMware environment. ESX 3.0.2 or later
Your virtual resources should be reserved to the vm to guarantee the minimum necessary needed for IM 6.2
