    <description>Hi Everybody,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to Update my VMware EXi 3.5 to 4.0 or 4.1.&lt;BR /&gt;When I open the Update Utility from VMWare, an message says that this Version of VMware is not supported. What can i do ?&lt;BR /&gt;How can i Upgrade ? Is there an special way for HP Embedded ESXi`s ?</description>

      <description>It may be simpler to just rebuild the server as the updated version.&lt;BR /&gt;Installing and configuring ESXi is fairly simple.</description>

      <description>It is as easy as &lt;BR /&gt;Enter&lt;BR /&gt;F11&lt;BR /&gt;Enter&lt;BR /&gt;F11&lt;BR /&gt;;-)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is it possible that you try to upgrade a VMware version to a HP version or vice versa?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I assume your vCenter and Update Manager is already the latest version 4.1?</description>
