HP OEM ESXi - How to install Update/Patch?

I have HP OEM ESXi 5.0 installed. I want to upgrade/patch to ESXi 5.1. Can someone explain to me what are the requied steps? Do i need to download the HP OEM ESXi 5.1 and resintall the entire system?

ps: I need the manual steps as I have vCenter Appliance, ie: I don't have Update Manager :(

Hello, easiest way is to use Update Manager, you can install on another Win server and use together with vCenter Appliance...

My preference is not to have another server.

I downloaded the HP 5.0U1 from VMWare OEM section. Anyone knows what is the next step?
