DL 380Gen9 facing the problem when install Esxi 6.0

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing the problem when i install ESXI 6.0 on HP DL380 Gen9 server. I couldn't find location of local server disk that to proceed to install ESXI. On the server I created with 900GB x 2 (Raid 1) and 900GB x 6 (Raid50) for data store. Kindly advise how to solved it out the problem. Attached with screen shot that i was facing.

It's probably that the image you are using has an older hpsa driver that doen't support the gen9 smart array controllers.

VMware has an KB article about the problem

You either use HPs custom image or create your own and inject the hpsa driver.
