HP Insight Control for vCenter is still initializing.

When using the HP INsight Software plug-in in vSphere Client I receive the message: "HP Insight Control for vCenter is still initializing." I have tried restarting the vSphere client with no success.
It is Vsphere 4.0 Update 2.
Does anyone know how to get the plug-in to work and get rid of this message?v Thanks

Hi Daniel,

Restart the Insight Control service where the Insight Control for vCenter is installed and then check again by logging back into the client

Same issue here. vCenter 4.0 Update 2 has been stuck on this message for over 24 hours

I do not have the issue with another vCenter which is running 4.1 Update 1

That said, my 4.0 Update 2 vCenter has a lot of hosts (60) whereas the 4.1 vCenter (which is working) has just 12, so not sure if that is part of the issue?
