HSM plug-in for VMware vLCM cannot add SPP

Hello,

We are deploying the HPE iLo Amplifier pack and all was perfect regarding installing the VCenter plugin and certificate, but we are facing an error as the screenshot when trying to add the spp. "Some error occured while online depot registration"

does anyone faced the same issue and how it was solved?
