For your setup, i can recommend to use NSX-T 3.x (such as NSX-T 3.1 or newer) to ensure compatibility with VMware ESXi 7.0.3.

NSX-V 6.4.x is another option, but note that VMware has deprecated NSX-V in favor of NSX-T.

If you're planning to use advanced networking features like NSX-T Distributed Logical Routers (DLR), NSX-T Edge, or NSX-T segments, ensure that the NSX-T version you're planning to deploy has been validated for both the hypervisor and Nutanix configuration you're using.
