How to upgrade ESXi 7.0U3q to ESXi 7.0U3w on HPE BL460c Gen10

Hi,

I try to update an HPE BL460c ESXi 7.0U3q to last release 7.0.U3w.

I download the 7.0.U3r OEM HPE VMware-ESXi-7.0.3-24411414-HPE-703.0.0.11.9.0.5-Feb2025-depot.zip and update the ESXi successfully.

I download the 7.0.U3w VMware VMware-ESXi-7.0U3w-24784741-depot.VIB.zip and try to update the ESXi. I have this error :

esxcli software vib install -d /vmfs/volumes/PR-ISO/UPDATE_ESX/VMware-ESXi-7.0U3w-24784741-depot.zip --dry-run

QLC_bootbank_qedi_2.74.1.0-1OEM.700.1.0.15843807 requires qedentv_ver = X.70.50.0, but the requirement cannot be satisfied within the ImageProfile.

Can someone tell me how to to this ? I think I'm using the wrong method.

HI,

Additionally, I used the command esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/PR-ISO/UPDATE_ESX/VMware-ESXi-7.0U3w-24784741-depot.zip -p ESXi-7.0U3w-24784741-standard to update to 7.0U3w successfully.

There is an addon HPE-703.0.0.11.9.0.5-Feb2025-Addon-depot.zip with the latest drivers. Should I install it?
