There is no 'HA-failback' and DRS only kicks in if a host's ressource gets depleted. If you want some kind of load balancing you have to do that manually or with scripts using VMotion.

Hi,
I have 2-host VMWare Infrastructure with HA & DRS enabled ( ESX3.5-U4 & VCenter2.5-U5 ).
When one host restarts, all VM's on it move to the other host; but after coming up that host, VM's don't come back to the original host.
I want to have automatic failback when the failed host becomes available.
How can i do that?
Any help will be appreciated.
