ESX4: cannot contact specified esxblabla host

Since having installed HP Sim agents on our two ESX Servers (DL360 G6) all the VM get lost in the morning between 6 and 8 o'clock at once!

Some days before we updated ESX to latest version 4.0.0 Build 208111

The only thing we can do then is to login to the ESX console (CTRL-F1) and reboot our two ESX hosts. In the log File we can see:

Now there is also a new Insight Agent:
8.25 supports ESX4
8.3 supports ESX4 update1 (December 7 2009)

As we still use 8.25 but on ESX4 update1, has anyone some experience with 8.3?

disabling HP insight cmafcad module, did not help so far!
Our both ESX hosts get hung the same time, once a day.

Any ideas welcome?
