Can any one give me some details and documents to install and configure HPSIM on VMware ESX. Actually we are doing migrating our system into VMware 4.

As of today you can run HPSIM in a VM - I think there is information on the HPSIM web pages, but please note that the Insight Remote Support Advanced (previously called the Remote Support Pack - RSP) does not work in a VM.

The latest news regarding Insight Remote Support Advanced is that a release which will support running on virtual machines will be available in october.

Do you mean installing SIM in a VM or installing the SIM agents so that SIM can manage VMs?

No. They are referring to running SIM on a virtual machine on an ESX Server.
