Has anyone encountered / solve this SSSU error..?

Error: EMClientAPITNG error ->
EMCLIENTAPI_INVALIDSERVERRESPONSE_ERROR : The response sent by the server is invalid.

It doesn't look like a username or password issue. I've confirmed the IP address of the management server is correct.

Appreciate assistance...thank you in advance!

RTMJ,
have you checked if the versions of Command View EVA and SSSU do match? You cannot combine arbitrary versions.

commandview eva 4.1.2.2
sssu came from the same installation package as the commandview eva.

Was able to run SSSU 3 months ago, as recorded in the last report date.

Firmware on eva is 3028.
