Cannot install MS SQL 2008

I Cannot install MS SQL 2008 due to the message stated is access denied. I had tried lots of method and then i found out that the main problem is that i don't have the required authority to install it. Please help me solve this problem

What account are you logged in with?

Do you have local Admin rights?

What version of PolyServe for SQL do you have? Do you have HF1 installed?
