Hi there....

After upgrading to Command view 3.2 i've experienced porblems with my SSSU scripts. Theese errors is experienced when trying actually to execute any command. My login and select of system is running OK, but when trying to execute any kind of command I'll get the following error :
"Error: Storage System is managed by another agent" ....

A dump of the problem looks like :

"SSSU Build 7 for hp command view eva 3.2

Thomas:

Have you gone into Command View GUI yet? if not, give it a go. You might get the same message (or similar). You should be able "take over" control without any issues.

Hi Steven...

Thanks for your advice, but the really strange part is that i do NOT see any problems when using the Command View GUI...

I've tried to reboot the Appliance also, cause i thought that maybe something was "hanging" somewhere, and needed refreshment....

The problem allthough is still there !

I've never seen anything like this....

Any further ideas ?

Sorry, I do not have much experience with the SSSU. Only Command View and the GUI's.

Only thing I can think of is to make sure you have the latest SSSU, but I can't see HP making toom any changes with it through out the different platform kits.

Hey Hey....

Solved the problem....Strange allthough !

It seems that something was went wrong, caused by the fact that when I installed the SSSU util at our SMA, i was logged on as our normal admin account. not the standard administrator and serial backwards. (which for obvious normaly is disabled)

What i did now in desperation was unistalling SSSU, enabled the standard account, installed SSSU logged as this user, logged of and logged in as our normal Admin account, disabled the standard account again, and tried running SSSU.

Strange enough - everything now works out OK, even using the admin account which not was the one used for install.

Sometimes this world is pretty strange.
