SSSU password problems

I have a SSSU 3.2 version received form HP to use to connect to 4 EVA's.

The problem that I have is that I get password errors. I know for sure that the entered password is correct, I even tried to do it localy, but with no possitive result.

NoSystemSelected> SELECT MANAGER 192.168.10.44 username=administrator password=password

NoSystemSelected> SELECT SYSTEM HSV9701

Error: EMClientAPITNG error ->
EMCLIENTAPISOCKET_RESOLVESERVERNAME_ERROR : Invalid username or password.

btw, we use cve 3.3.2.1 the sssu version is 3.2 (3.1 was also not working) is there a newer version available?

Hello,

the default password for SSSU is administrator.
It's not the password you use for logging into the SMA, but the one used by the Insight Agents and Command View EVA. To change it, log on to the appliance and browse to https://localhost:2381/

but I doubt that has anything to do with your password problem. I would first try out Stephen's advice.
