SSSU Login Problems

Hi,
I have a problem logging into SSSU Version 4.0 [v4.0.18] is keeps telling me, Invalid username or password, the line I am typing is
'Select Manager CSCMANAPP01 username=administrator password=hpinvent'

I have tried using the servers IP address in place of its name. The server is standalone, not in a domain.

This is a new HP Proliant Storage Server and I know this is the correct username and password.

Any help would be gratefully received.

See the CV-EVA installation guide - there is a note to use a small program named 'elmsetup' to assign a new password. Just restarting the service did not work for me - I had to reboot the server.

The default is administrator administrator just in case

That is no longer the case with SmartStart 7.20 and up, because it tries to authenticate against the Windows SAM.

Note that we are not talking about the 'classic SMA' in this thread:
