I am trying to write a script that would perform a system health check on all our servers and mail me the results every morning. My scripting knowledge is very limited, this is the second script that I am writing, I would appreciate any help.

What sort of 'health check' are you looking for?

I would say define checks for all the common problems you experience, and produce an email to your personal mail account.

How to write the script will depend on what you want to monitor or check.
