    <description>This is due to having an entry for /dev/vg00/lvol2 in /etc/fstab. It's only a warning to say that this swap volume is already activated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You don't need this entry as primary swap is automatically allocated at boot time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remove the entry '/dev/vg00/lvol2' from fstab and the error will go away.</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;I have rebootted my HP-UX 11 machine and on console i got the message:&lt;BR /&gt; Enable auxiliary swap space : FAILED&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From the /etc/rc.log :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Enable auxiliary swap space&lt;BR /&gt;Output from "/sbin/rc1.d/S500swap_start start":&lt;BR /&gt;----------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Enabling device paging on /dev/vg00/lvol9.&lt;BR /&gt;Enabling device paging on /dev/vg00/lvol2.&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/sbin/swapon: /dev/vg00/lvol2 is already enabled for paging.&lt;BR /&gt;Warning: swapon returned exit code: 1&lt;BR /&gt;"/sbin/rc1.d/S500swap_start start" FAILED&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What has happened ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Federico</description>
