      <title>Start up from scratch</title>

      <description>I have an older Packard Bell Legend 14CDT that someone formatted the hard drive.  Can any one let me know how to get ahold of a start up disk so I can download Win95 on it.  I am average with respect to my knowledge of computers.  The CDROM runs directly to the sound card.  PLEASE PLEASE HELP</description>

      <description>Go to any computer with win 95, click "start" then "settings" and "control panel" and "add/remove programs".  In there is a tab that says startup disk.  That will create what you need, personally I use a win98 startup disk because that has cdrom support, otherwise you will have to find cdrom drivers to finish the install with a 95 disk.  Both are made the same way but on different OS's.</description>
