Hello,
i just downloaded last release of Online diagnostics (HPUX 11i, 800): i would like to know if there are any patches for this OS release and if i have to remove old OnlineDiag release befor install new one.

You do not need to remove the old OnlineDiag before installing the latest one. Just install it over the top and it will automatically do the rest.

Weve been running the latest 11i diags for a little while now without any problems, no patches for it that i know of.

I suggest you take a look at http://docs.hp.com/hpux/diag/index.html
and read the Release Notes, and Installing manual for any details.
