Hi

Here's one called BMC Patrol

http://www.softwareinnovations.co.uk/products/patrol_unix.html

You should have your online diagnostics (stm) loaded from your application cd's also. This will monitor hardware events for your system and mail or update syslog of events

HTH

Steve

We have some scripts that we run periodically. Say every 30/60 mins. In case thresh holds are crossed they generate email to sysadmins.

We monitor Space,Cpu Usage, Memory with these scripts.

In case you can shell out some money then product Patrol is there. No idea on it's details.

Hi,

We also use Patrol for monitoring things like CPU disks processes logfiles etc.

I also have scripts which check disk space, and disks for stale extents or missing hardware, which e-mail me when there is a problem.

Regards,

Hilary
