      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Im from a Solaris background and require assistance on the following HP-UX questions:&lt;BR /&gt;1.what is the name of the i/o error log on HP-UX?&lt;BR /&gt;2.where can 1 find out what is the primary &amp;amp; alternate boot disks on HP-UX?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any assistance would be most appreciated.</description>

      <description>1. Could be the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log file, or also the log files from hte diagnostics, or stm. It depends on what you mean by I/O errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. setboot will show you htis.&lt;BR /&gt;man setboot</description>
