System disk mirror

Hi All,

I want to install hp-ux 11.00 server and also would like to mirror the system disks.
Ii didn't purchase any third party software, can i do it?

You need to purchase the HP-UX Mirror-UX software.

Hi:

There isn't going to be any "third party" software available. You will need to purchase a MirrorDisk/UX license from HP.

The license allows installation of some kernel filesets which enable the functionality.

Unfortunately, MirrorDisk/UX is the product that will allow you to do that. You have to contact HP to get a codeword to unlock it from your Application CDs
