Hi All,
could anybody say me what
happens, if my WS B2000 reboots and restores file systems, and after startup
in syslog was message:

Device violation of Contingent
Allegiance.
Resetting SCSI
Reset detected

This SCSI device (Fast Wide
SCSI RAID) is on PCI-Fast
Wide SE Adapter alone and
looks like O.K.

The messages of the syslog.log file should be useful in diagnosing.

Most probably this could be of a failing SCSI device.

Also make sure that you have the latest lvm,scsi patches.
