      <description>This would have to be coded into the application.  The app would have to make use of something like a lock file where the lock file is created the first time the app is executed.  If someone else tries to execute the app and the lock file is present then the app will exit out.  Once the first occurrence of the app is finished, the lock file can be removed allowing someone else to run the application.</description>
